Life Bridges has been helping individuals and families with intellectual & developmental disabilities since 1973 in the Southeast Tennesee region. We became nationally accredited by CARF in 1995.

Developed by dedicated staff in 2009, this 13'x12' giant mural is located next to the medical clinic and contains over 1000 pictures.
It reminds those who pause to ponder the meaning and beauty of the mural of what people with intellectual disabilities do for others.
These whom we serve teach us to be better persons by giving inspiration and life to the 'hero' within.
